Order your shipping rates by price, shipping rate title, shipping rate code or a a specific order of your choice. Hide rates to PO Boxes and setup advanced rules to hide rates based on Customer tag, B2B Company name, Product name, tags and cart total.Upsell preferred shipping methods by placing it at the top of the list. Perfect solution - took 60 seconds to set up. Been wanting to manage the order that shipping options appear in the checkout for a few years - and this has done it. I used sort by name / title - as with a little planning you can rename shipping options to make this nice and simple - but manual sort option good etc. Highly recommend...
