For one of my orders worth AED 450, they have mistakenly marked it already paid eventhough it wasn’t. The customer took the package and disappeared for three months. Shiplifier only wanted to pay AED 200 out of the total sale even though the mistake was due to their negligence. And mind you, it took more than 4 months almost to sort out this issue! They sent me a message trying to pin the issue...

i have used this app for my online store and i am so disappointed by the responce. orders didnt delivered even after 12 days, no one is properly responsing and when i ask then they simply said that they will check with "courier company" . bad experince going on.
