I would not recommend Shipbob to my worse enemies. We are a small company currently growing and the amount of issues we have to deal with makes zero sense. Dealing with ShipBob has been incredibly stressful for me. It feels like there's always one problem after another, and their chat support hasn’t been helpful at all. The support team often seems unprepared to address issues effectively, which only adds to the frustration.

It's been a nightmare. Their fullfilment is almost double of what you see on shopify. In addition they lost packages at their wearhosue. The worst part is that often their orders are not going out 2 or 3 days after fulfillment. I am getting inventory out right now. Read all the negative reviews but wanted to give them a chance.
