Session Rewind について

Once activated, this tool will record user activity across your store and let you access a playable video for every session to discover actionable insights. Browse sessions and filter by criteria like location, spend, page visited, and more. Monitor overall traffic to understand funnels and dropoffs. Use heatmaps to track activity so you know which elements are grabbing attention or causing friction. You can filter heatmap views for different periods to spot behavior changes over time.

First of all its a broken app and they dont have any support team to solve any technical issues. Secondly thier integration is messed up and thier support is telling me that they only priotize their paying clients which is even worst. But okay, I have the relevant screenshots and everything. Not recommended at all!
