You collect reviews, but nobody has time to read hundreds of them — so the signal sits buried. The same sizing complaint, repeated across reviews you'll never scroll. ReviewLens reads the reviews already in your store and does the synthesis: it groups feedback into themes, scores sentiment per theme, and surfaces a ranked "Fix This Week" list — each issue backed by the verbatim customer quotes.
