ReviewCaddy helps sellers to collect opinion from their customers in a rich and interactive way about the items purchased by them from the Shopify store. It’s a powerful feedback management tool enriched with features that helps sellers to listen to their customer’s voice and accordingly make updates on the product pages. This helps to increase the number of loyal and returning customers thereby, resulting in consistent increase in revenue. The reviews can also be shared on social media. Collects reviews & ratings from the customers for the items they had purchased. The ReviewCaddy app allows uploading videos and photos related to the product. The Review Caddy app has been useful for us to collect a lot more product reviews and especially product photos on our website. We did have some bugs at first when installing it on our site, but they were very helpful in correcting those bugs and making everything work properly quickly. We didn't want to spend a lot for reviews, so for the price, it's really a great option for us.
