Shoppers open a return themselves — in a portal on your store or in Shopify customer accounts — and see an exchange or store credit, with an optional bonus, before a refund to the original payment. Set your return window, eligibility, restocking fees, and labels once; an AI assistant can draft your return rules from your policy, and the portal applies them.
