We have opened multiple support tickets over the last month and gotten ZERO replies or any assistance to resolve this. Scam! When they don’t want to pay out they try to think of ways to scam you. Trying to do a claim and they say choose a return option or just get 10% back. Only option to choose from is get 10% back!
