操作は比較的シンプルで使いやすい方だと思います。当然日本のショップでも十分使えます。「マイページの注文履歴から再注文」と「再注文を促すリマインダーメール」の機能を活用しています。感心したのがチャットでのサポートがとにかく親切で早いこと。チャットは英語ですが自動翻訳で日本語でやりとりでき、分からないことがあったらすぐ対応してくれます。サポート体制にすごく感激しました。

Asian Food Grocer gives this app 5 stars, it does exactly what we needed the app to do, our customers are able to reorder from their last orders, and customer service was nice and had a very fast response time and helped us out with any problems we had with the app. I would highly recommend this app to any store that are trying to give their customers access to reordering. They reply quickly, but product knowledge is lacking. Often need to ask for proper follow-up,and it seems they would simply tell you "to uncheck the button display" so the customers won't have issues with it. It used to be a good app, but times have changed. Hope this will improve over time.
