sería bueno que los desarrolladores pudieran modificar el upsell post venta en donde el cliente no tenga la necesidad de volver a confirmar su pedido, pues eso hace bajar la conversión. Lo ideal sería que el upsell post venta el cliente solo CONFIRME o RECHACE el upsell. En cuanto a la atención del ejecutivo todo bien. Pero en resumen sería bueno ir haciendo mejoras en pos a los que nosotros lo...
