RefundSentry ‑ Return Fraud について

At a US outdoor brand, one buyer placed 29 orders under 28 emails and 25 addresses. Fifteen were refunded after shipping. When the refunds stopped, the chargebacks started. RefundSentry connects that history inside Shopify: emails, addresses, checkout IP, refunds, "not received" claims and chargebacks, per customer. Flag or block once and the next order is held before it ships. When a chargeback lands, delivery proof and linked accounts are assembled for you to send. Keep your returns app.
