Customer service is excellent! We were not happy with the way the subscription pay box looks on our website and we were able to get on a video call to learn how to make the changes we wanted to see for our customers.

This app is extremely laggy and we have had a variety of issues with orders actually being placed automatically. Screen load times take upwards of a minute.

This is the worst possible subscription app. Every few months it just bugs out and randomly charges multiple subscribers twice, or generates an order on the subscription day AND the day after. We've lost several customers over this - you can't just charge people's bank accounts and overdraft them without consequences. I did not see an option to add entire collections to the subscription plan. I found it to be way too time-consuming to add each individual product to the subscription plan, especially since you have to create multiple plan types in order to achieve a tiered subscription. For example, you have to set up one plan for a monthly subscription, a separate plan for a 2-month subscription, and then a th...

THEY DON'T CARE about your of your business they are just after money and want you to pay them tons of money just in order to use their app. Do not trust a word that they say. THIS APP IS NOT FREE!

WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. This company claims that this app is free but in reality, IT'S NOT FREE they offer tons of paid plans and they take 2% off EVERY ORDER which is outrageous. Do not recommend as the app developer is very RUDE and does not even know how his software works. Looking throughout the app gave me headaches and had to take 2 aspirins.
