Although this app has not been cheap, it has worked extremely well for us over the past year and a half. It's made reconciling both PayPal payments and Shopify payments so much easier in Xero. We have had the occasional issue which was always resolved quickly by support using the chat. The functionality of the app is good. Absolutely terrible service. We had requested a trial and the app wouldn't even load. I spoke to support at their end and was told it was a Shopify issue. Then Shopify reviewed and it was found to be on this apps end. By this stage the 14 day trial had ended and I was yet to even be able to access the app. I was charged $990 USD for an app I can't even use. I wrote to support again asking for them...

The app didn't work for us. It has a bug that messed up quite a lot of our Xero accounting, which will now need to be manually fixed. Customer service takes days to reply and was unable to resolve the issue despite several emails.
