What I love about this app is that the customer doesn't pay for the goods until it's ready to ship. We felt that this was really important in todays market. I had a challenge with Shopify separating regular orders from the Purple Dot orders and Shopify was not able to assist. Purple Dot Zach came to the rescue. Do not rate the app, used 3 times now for 3 new collections and every time I have issues. The chat button doesnt ever work either. I can never release the goods so I take payments to late.. I have to do it on the shopify end and not the app end, which your not meant to do but never works or loads otherwise. Dont recommend I wont be using again

Installed and used the app for two weeks. 2 major negatives: 1. It covered our product pre-order pages with "powered by purple dot". 2. Our products disappeared from the Google shopping channel. After uninstalling the app all the products reappeared on Google shopping. Unacceptable. 1*

Not usable for Europe where people don't own creditcards as much as in the US. We can only get pre-order through creditcard, and when a pre-order is bought together with a stock item, the stock item loses all other payment options like PayPal.
