Prevey について

Prevey shows shoppers one short survey question when they abandon their cart. You can ask in an exit-intent popup as they leave, or in a follow-up email minutes later. Both match your store, and you write the question and answers yourself. Responses are grouped by how often each reason comes up, and you can read the exact comments shoppers leave. You can also offer a single-use discount code as a thank-you for answering. A weekly summary groups recurring themes so you can act on them.
