PreCom ‑ coming soon preorders について

With our app you can easily change the product status to "coming soon" or "pre-order". You can control when exactly the product should be available for purchase or shipping by defining the availability date. You don't need to wait and lose your sales as it allows you to sell the product when it's out of stock. Alternatively you can showcase the product on your website when it's not available yet so customers are aware of the upcoming items and will come back later to buy it. Pre-order- let customers place orders before the product becomes available. Coming soon - present products to your customers before they become available. Add customizable date availability label to pre-order and coming soon products. Display, customize coming soon and pre-order badges on collection pages. Easy to start with, not using the pre-order functionality yet, only the coming soon feature which does exactly what we need. There were some minor alignment issues, which were swiftly and adequatly handled by support.

We found a pretty big flaw in this app, making it surprisingly easy to bypass (ie you could as a visitor buy products before release date with a few simple html hacks) HOWEVER when we made the app developer aware, they fixed this bug. Great work.

First and foremost, the app is extremely easy to integrate into your website's theme. It does all of the things I was looking for, and I was planning to use this for a special product launch on my website and needed the timezone to be changed ASAP, so I contacted the team via email and they were able to quickly and efficiently make the changes for me. Using "coming soon" feature somehow turned on the "sell when product is out of stock" option on my listings, costing me a lot of credit card fees and frustrated customers when I had to refund the orders, since I sell one-off items. This happened on two of my product drops.

Support is horrible. They will never respond to support requests. I think they just leave this app up without updating it. Stop gaslighting as well. We opened a support ticket through the application, and also sent an email directly to your support email you list on the application page.

The app WOULD be wonderful if it didn't drop product according to the CUSTOMER'S timezone...not the seller's. That's hugely problematic and needs to be written somewhere in the app description.
