Hyve ‑ Post to Xero

The app has been invaluable to us when trying to upload our sales invoices into our accounting system Xero. There have been some teething problems along the way, but responses from the support help are always prompt and Hung has been able to sort the issues quickly. Hopefully identifying these issues will make the app even better going forward for other users.

Hyve have been extremely helpful with not only setting up the app but also when there have been issues with syncing that I cannot work out they have helped troubleshoot and offer solutions to fix the issue.

Great app that does exactly what it should. It's rare to get such excellent support too - would highly recommend!

The app works well and allows us to easily reconcile the different payment methods. Additionally when needing a couple of tweaks or assistance in setting up, the support team have proven to be very responsive and helpful.

Reconciling has become a seamless process, and I have been extremely happy with the support provided. The in-person setup was particularly helpful, as it ensured everything was configured correctly from the start. Great product and great support to match.

The service from support for a new install here was outstanding. After trialling another Shopify-Xero integration app with a very unexpected and unsuccessful outcome, this 2nd try was a bit tentative. It was so much easier to setup and understand. A few things didn't quite work as needed and the support from Hung - on a Sunday - to customise the requirements was both unexpected and appreciated....

It works really well. We're going to move to a different app but only because we need further capabilities which aren't available with this app but it takes through our wholesale and retail orders smoothly and is easy to use and setup.

Simple to use but also very flexible giving the ability to do almost anything you want to do. Works seamlessly once set up. Support is super responsive and always have a solution to achieve what you need. Highly recommended.

Great customer service to start the setting process

Tried a few different integrations in the past and they haven't worked well or were overly complicated. This however is an amazing app for integrating Xero with Shopify, makes accounting so much easier.
