Really awful experience with support. The plugin straight up would not trigger at all after setting up, contacted support, they took like a week to respond with the most obvious basic "solution" which still did not work. Long enough to finish the trial period and start charging us!

Expect their team to give you the runaround and use the bad chat comms system as their excuse to never do any real work to fix anything that breaks.
