We use it to send gift-card codes automatically after purchase: bulk upload of codes, auto-fulfilment and a customisable email, all on the free plan. Avoid if you care about your customers experience. Multiple customers were unable to access their downloads because of DNS resolution failures on Pendora's domain. The link works fine on our end but a significant number of customers hit DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN errors, meaning their browsers could not even find the domain. This caused lost sales, frustrated customers, unnecessary support tick...
