OTP Verification protects your store from fake and fraudulent orders by requiring customers to verify their phone number via WhatsApp OTP before completing checkout. Once a customer enters and verifies their OTP, payment methods are unlocked and they can proceed. Unverified customers cannot access payment options. The app works seamlessly with your existing checkout flow and requires no theme code changes.
