Add post-purchase surveys to Shopify's Thank you and Order status pages. Learn how customers found you, collect checkout feedback, or measure NPS. Choose all orders, first orders, or repeat orders. First/repeat targeting on Order status requires the classification from the Thank you block. Use 7 question types and conditional follow-ups, then review answers in your dashboard. Add each block in Shopify's checkout editor, with no code required.
