OrderMax helps retailers manage orders that fall outside standard Shopify workflows. Create and track special orders for out-of-stock or custom items, manage repair and service work orders, and send purchase orders directly to vendors. Customers automatically receive email updates as their order moves through each status. Track deposits, partial payments, and remaining balances for every order. Order history and status are accessible from your Shopify admin and point of sale.
