#What we do?Getting too many queries from customers for small stuff? Move away from them and focus on the bigger picture. Let your customers Cancel, Edit and Reorder right from their My Accounts section or from their Order Confirmation Email or from the Thank you page itself. They don't need to bug you for all small stuff and moreover for things they can do themselves. Not only this, configure to set Timers and Time bound restrictions to allow cancellations only upto 30 minutes or 1 hour....
