Order Modify combines admin order editing with a customer portal. Merchants update orders in Shopify admin—including custom fields, shipping, line items, and more. Customers self-serve on order status: shipping address, quantities, add/replace products, product options, discounts, shipping methods, contact info, invoices, and cancellation—each toggled in your settings. Set editing deadlines, respect plan tiers, and reduce support while you control what buyers can change. One app; two audiences.
