Managing order issues through spreadsheets, sticky notes, or emails slows your team down and frustrates your customers. IssueDesk brings issue tracking directly into your Shopify admin so nothing falls through the cracks. When a problem comes in, create an issue in IssueDesk - it is automatically linked to the Shopify order. Categorize it, set a priority, assign it to a team member, and track it through to resolution. Every update is logged in a timeline so your whole team stays in sync.
