Delivery Date & Pickup Stellar について

Stellarの配達日ピッカーとタイムスロットにより、顧客はカートまたは商品ページから直接注文配達をスケジュールできます。ローカル配達、店舗ピックアップ・クリック・アンド・コレクト、カレンダー付き配送を提供し、ユーザーが都合に合わせて日時を選択できます。推定配達日時を表示し、カットオフ時間で同日配達を管理します。タイムスロットごとに注文数を制限することもできます。POSと互換性があり、食品、花屋、食料品店、ベーカリーで店舗ピックアップと配達を管理するのに最適です。

Historically this app was great however the customer service via S... Y.... today has been so frustrating and disappointing. She took 5 to 10 minutes for each response then didn't take care to listen to this issue, initially writing as if she understood and then in a later message she clearly had the issue backwards, it's a simple issue that should have had a simple and quick solution. What a sham...

AVOID. Orders were missing tags, and every time I wrote to ask why, they'd say they werent able to replicate it, etc etc. They were rarely able to fix the issue, and I often had to contact the customers personally to find out missing details. I finally uninstalled it, but it still left code behind messing with the functionality of my store.

This app is so helpful. We use it already for our 2 store. Customer service is very supportive and they tried to understand what our store needs. They also support some code configuration. I would like to recommend using this app if you're looking for delivery and pick up. This app support some language depends on your storefront. You can adding your prefer explanation.
