Orca: AI POs & Receiving について

Orca uses AI to rapidly turns purchase orders into Shopify products & accurate inventory. Upload a PO as a PDF, spreadsheet, or snap a photo, and Orca reads it into line items, then creates draft products and variants in Shopify—adding barcodes, descriptions, & weights on request. When a shipment arrives, a guided receiving flow updates inventory & flags shortages and overages. Track what's on order, received, & returned, with vendor terms, discounts, & multiple delivery locations built in. Read purchase orders from PDFs, spreadsheets, or a phone photo of the paper. Match PO items to existing products so reorders don't create duplicates. Track on-order, received, and returned units, with vendor credits and refunds.
