We tested the app for a few days: it is visually appealing and basically shows the most important data. Unfortunately, the IP of the visitor is missing. The biggest problem however is that not all visitors are shown. The first answer from support was "bots". The second, when we asked about a regular customer who was shown by another app but not by this one, was - in simple terms - that Shopify was...

Installed the app, but only a blank screen appears when app is opened. Can not access via proxy address, or through the settings either.

This used to be an amazing app with great insight into what people on my site were looking at in their carts. Now it seems to be hit or miss. I use this in conjunction with the shopify live view.
