This app has a cool feature: you can set up a delivery promotion using the terms and conditions. You can connect it with a progressive bar from another app, and they complement each other nicely.

Shopify discounts do not give us the complex rules we require to run a free delivery promo due to the numbers of different shipping methods we use, based on product and price and excluding certain shipping methods from the promo.
