Helpful, on it, fast, willing to answer the dumbest questions ever. Nothing about sales tax is particularly "fun" to deal with, but they've made it as pleasurable as possible. They've all been great, especially Nataly. They've won me over completely.

Avoid this, there are better options out there. Their CS is terrible and they will only file on a monthly frequency which is a complete waste of money when you have annual, quarterly, and monthly filing frequencies for different states. There are better options out there, have onboarded with Kintsugi and so far much better, also half the price per filing... I will reiterate that their CS is brut...

I have had the worst experience with this company, they charged me for registrations, but their virtual mailbox doesn't work, so months later and Texas has still not been registered. I decided to go with a different provider, but when requesting for them to remove my account information, they just ignore me.

Do not let them set up your state sales tax information and please file this manually yourself. Once you leave, they have your login information and never email you back. It's been 3 weeks of me emailing their support with no reply.

At this point it looks like emails and tickets have gone unanswered from the Numeral team. I have tax authorities contacting me indicating I'm non-compliant. And nobody from the Numeral team gets back to me despite emails and an open ticket. There is also no phone number to speak to an actual human.

And mind you, the CEO is on the thread and fully aware of this. Numeral incorrectly filed my state taxes and can not figure out how to fix it. I would say it is not worth the headache. As many others have mentioned in their reviews, customer support can take weeks to respond. They won't own to their mistakes and you'll end up having to fix them yourself most likely. The service may seem fine when everything is working, but if you run into an issue, getting help is extremely difficult. That’s when the experience becomes frustrating and disappointing.
