I uninstalled it once because the settings were too complicated and I couldn't find the code. There is no need to teach you how to insert code in the middle of the code. In fact, you only need to add it in Custom liquid on the themes visual online store editing page.

I had an issue where the theme I was using was deleting the snippet which in turn caused the app to not function properly. The team at Neon worked with me and the issue was resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend.

I have had this app since 2021. I was able to figure out where to paste the code that needs to be pasted for this app. Since shopify has upgraded to version 2.0 they have changed places for the code. Neon has not upgraded there support help section for the new code placement. I have submitted 2 support tickets for help to place code, with no response. I have Emailed them serval times with no answe...
