Moneybird Bookkeeping について

This app automatically exchanges important data between Shopify and Moneybird. This saves time, you never have to do double work again and you make fewer mistakes. After all, manual work is no longer necessary. Effortlessly sync (POS) orders and refunds between Shopify and Moneybird. Customer data is automatically synchronized. Choose a standard POS customer. Determine, based on the order status, when to synchronize. Including Shopify Payments.

Aanvankelijk leek deze app erg goed te zijn voor wat ik nodig had: een koppeling tussen Shopify en mijn boekhoudprogramma Moneybird. De set up ging heel soepel, waar dat bij een een andere app die ik geprobeerd had niet zo was. erg duur voor wat het doet, weinig toegevoegde waarde.

Geen opties tot het toevoegen van 'extra' data (Bijv. metavelden van orders), helpdesk reageert niet op bugs (dubbele verzonden facturen), eigenlijk gewoon een echte basis koppeling zonder poespas en ondersteuning, helaas geen alternatief
