Very Expensive, works okay, no way to change plan level without contacting customer service. We're in a seasonal business and these rates do not work. We are now working on an alternative app.

Poor app. Simple mapping for Price and Quantity was not successful. Where else can you find the price if not in the pricelist? No support.,.. was waiting for 3 nights and no response at all. Multichannel, but don't have options to add another channel??? too much headaches....

Used it to sync products with Kaufland. It put half of my products out of stock overnight, and the app says the product is out of stock on Shopify or it was stopped manually by the user, none of which is true. Great support! I am not even a big customer, but they answered very fast. I had a small problem and they fixed it within a few hours. Service and app runs smooth. Nice to know that someone is at the backend helping if something goes wrong. Keep it up!
