Super helpful staff and very responsive to any questions. The app might take a little exploration to fully understand but it is a very powerful tool. I highly recommend it!

This apps works great until I noticed that their SDK causing performance throttling. They have added their Font inside the SDK, and this is impacting performance issue. There is an option to that you can disable custom fonts in SDK but it is actually not working. I have address this to support and they told me that this feature is not available for Free users. Have been using the app for years and was satisfied, however the price increases are outrageous and there's 0 chance that i would pay them $200 a month when we have been on a free plan for ages. The Predatory price increase is insane, time to find a new loyalty program that will be loyal to its users.

Terrible to work with. The fees are opaque and they increase them without notice 20%-30% year over year. Customer service and account management is useless, when it's not arrogant and dismissive.

The app works well; however, the price increases have become ridiculous in the past few years, 20% price increase year over year for the "custom plans", it wasn't used to be like that, it got especially worse in the past 3 years. So, if you install the app with a custom plan expect serious costs increases year after year.

This is the WORST customer service we have encountered on any Shopify app! There is a message on the top of our dashboard that we can't clear, we've spent DAYS setting up and no one answers the chat. We don't even get an email acknowledgement that they are getting the messages. There is no way to upload customer history to give existing customers points to start the program with. UPDATE: They said someone would get in contact with me but no-one has and it been 10 days since I left my review. I'm now deleting the app in favour of a store credit/gift card app where the support team actually respond to you ;) ORIGINAL REVIEW: Cannot justify the cost vs ROI! I strongly advise against using LoyaltyLion. The onboarding process was a nightmare — confusing, time-consuming, and ultimately incomplete. Despite never fully using the platform, I was charged right away. What they promised in terms of design and user experience was nowhere near what they delivered.
