Connect your Shopify store to LazyChat’s AI sales and support agent. LazyChat consolidates conversations from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp into one inbox, where the AI answers questions, recommends products, takes orders and tracks deliveries. The app syncs your catalog and stock so the AI only promotes in‑stock items, updates stock and apply discounts when orders are placed. It also sends orders and stock changes back to Shopify via webhooks to keep everything aligned.
