Key Product Options, Variants

Dealt with a few different operators (Mitali, Hamza & Danna) and all were very helpful with upgrading and transferring me from SC Products to Key Products. Instructions on email were very clear, and they did most of the work for me which was very helpful as I wasn't the original creator of our website! Thank you!!

Had some issues with product options not linking, and without any warning signals to say so, was going on for an unknown period. However the guys were fairly swift to rectify the issue, and also gave us a refund which is always appreciated.

Was not as easy to install as the Migration Guide indicated. Several steps were not as described, and then I found out I had a Shopify 1.0 Theme. I tried following the instructions for Legacy themes. Installing the Keystone code was ok, but there were no instructions about removing the SC Product Options code, which I had been using. Customer service is unmatched. They helped me set up 3 different web stores that all now use Keystone Product Options. They were attentive, easy to work with and communicated changes in a way that was easy for me to understand. Having used Bold Product Options and SC Options, this is the best looking upgrade yet by far. My highest recommendation for Keystone!
