VOL Fraud Filter & Bot Blocker

The email blocking feature is exactly what I needed. I was getting a lot of fake / risky orders, and this app helped me stop them right at checkout. Super easy to set up and works reliably.

What I like about VOL Country Blocker is that it solves a very practical problem without making much work. We don’t sell worldwide, so being able to block visitors from non-target countries is super useful for our store. I jsut whitelisted few countires wehre we ship, that is all I did. simple and easy app!

I installed VOL because our store was getting traffic from countries outside of our delivery zones, and it was starting to affect how we looked at our analytics. We were dealing with alot of bot traffic and fake orders atleast attempts and abandonemtns, and other app I used didn't really solve it. Since moving to VOL fraud filter, we've seen a noticeable improvement and much cleaner traffic overall.

One thing I really appreciate is that VOL doesn’t break anything on my store. so no conversion changes observed. This one just works quietly in the background. I see all orders risky that comes with tags on - visible on exported files as well.

I wanted to block traffic mainly from two countries, I recently started seeing a lot of traffic, however we dont even ship there at all - so this app was very simple to block them. doesn’t require much work to block anything. Still a lot of features I needed to explore. Great app so far.

I got a great support here by foudner. I'd say that I tried a few fraud blocking apps before and had problems with them not actually blocking countries or bot traffic consistently. this app has been much more dependable - what we block actually gets blocked.
