Eshop Guide App Support 41092 -- Nichts machen, ein ganzen Tag. 1.000 Eur haben wir verloren, nur weil Eshop Guide heute kaputt ist.

Esperienza negativa. Il problema principale è che gli sconti non vengono riportati correttamente nel feed: una funzione base che dovrebbe semplicemente funzionare. Ho contattato il supporto più volte via email, ma dopo diversi scambi non ho ricevuto nessuna spiegazione concreta né una soluzione. Preiserhöhung von 10$ auf 24$ bzw 20€ durch neues Preismodell. Wir bekamen eine Mail das nun auf ein Euro Modell umgestellt wird. Die Überraschung war dass aber das Starter Paket (alter Preis) bei unserem Shop nicht mehr funktioniert da wir die Varianten überschritten haben. Wir müssten nun also 20€ im Monat bezahlen statt bisher 10$. Diese Preiserhöhung ist schlichtweg dreist. Das alte Preis/Leis...

Leider werden die Feeds nicht automatisch aus Shopify heraus erstellt. Man muss es manuell tun, dann benötigen wir aber nicht diese App.

The app does not synchronize more than 80 products variants and we have over 10.000 ! It is a waste of time if the support also does not investigate or try to resolve it. Waste of time !

Absolut unterirdisch. Archivierte Produkte und ausgeschlossene Produkte werden in den Feed übertragen und an idealo gesendet. Man zahlt Gebühren für Klicks zu Produkten, die gar nicht mehr im eigenen Shop existieren. Eine Lösung kann nicht präsentiert werden. Idealo selbst interessiert dieses Problem überhaupt nicht.

Extrem schlechter Support, Feed/ Metafelder individualisieren kann man machen, bringt aber 0,0. Wird nicht angezeigt auf Idealo. Mit dem Feed gibt es allgemein Probleme. Extrem hohe Klickkosten auf Idealo da Produkt als verfügbar angezeigt werden aber es nicht sind. Grad werden alle Produkte angezeigt jedoch mit grauen Punkt auch für verfügbar Produkte.
