This is completely unacceptable. We purchased your plugin and reached out to support multiple times, yet no one is responding. For a paid service, this level of support is extremely disappointing. On top of that, the app itself is clunky, confusing, and not user-friendly at all. Instead of helping our workflow, it just makes things harder. false advertising. free 50 images editing is not included on renaming feature. Deceitful, i want to try before paying, this is very disapointing.

This app destroyed my site when I uploaded a full backup that the app itself had previously created. It replaced all file names with numbers and characters of all kinds. Additionally, the undo functions do not work properly—it seems that the current way files work in Shopify is not compatible with how this app manages files.

last year I subscribed to their most expensive plan because we have a lot of images in our store. BEWARE, it is NOT working! You need to batch your images per 100 images per batch (in zip) for it to work, more than that, its not working. I worst part, I figured it out myself. I reached out to support then I was answered by the support named Channel asking me to send images. I sent and then after...

This app used to work fine for me by resizing and also by adding watermarks to the images, however the watermark function is no longer working and the customer service experience is atrocious. They take their time responding to you and than give tyou the same generic responses with no help or solution to the problem. I would like a refund as the app watermark feature is not working for my site.
