Hellotext connects your store to WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS and webchat, and puts AI to work on sales and support. Pick a goal like cart recovery, repeat purchase or win-back, configure a ready-made AI Playbook and turn it on. No flows to build. The AI knows your catalog: it recommends products, checks stock and size, and shares the cart in the chat. It answers questions about orders and returns, and hands complex cases to your team with context. Reports show what each conversation brings in.
