Customer service is great. Shipping times are fast, integration is super easy. no support whatsoever, waited for a month then decided to shut down the store because of them. nothing is working, no orders are synced, no pics are synced, terrible!!! also my shopify payments got banned because of them

Prices are not competitive. Shipping is $15 per item and TBH they offer standard bongs, pipes, and accessories. So, higher pricing on items, high price on shipping, and standard products don't really make a good fit for me, but thanks for the try!
