I've never had a claim be rejected for any reason, and the team is super flexible when it comes to reordering (sometimes they'll have me manually send the replacement order and they'll refund me the cost of reshipment). After using this app for a few months, I've had a couple of issues with customers not being able to file claims once their package was loss/damaged. After contacting customer support, Cam W. was quick with responding and was able to look into my account and assist with this issue.

I'd give no stars if I could. This is the WORST app experience I've had by far. The support team is largely uncommunicative. When they do respond, they say they'll have an answer to my question by the end of the day and I don't hear from them again. I've reached out twice and had this happen.
