Guardly is AI return-abuse protection for Shopify. It reads your order and refund history and scores every customer for abuse risk — serial returners, "item not received" claims, refund velocity, refund-to-original patterns, and total dollars at risk. Start with an audit showing your abuse rate, the dollars exposed, and the customers behind it.
