I was having problem login on to my app I reach out to customers service for they to resolve the situation, at first I was annoyed because I was losing business after paying all that membership money then Josh one of the tech support help me with work around until the issue could be fix. wonderful customer service Josh .

The order was placed on September 25. However, today is October 10, and Greendropship still has not shipped the product. I have contacted them several times regarding the shipping issue, but they haven’t responded at all. Moreover, about 90% of the products listed on Greendropship are out of stock, and many have no product images. It’s truly an unbelievably disappointing and worthless app.

Very disappointed in this app , there is no avaiable chat support and products are always sold out. Not worth the money really just paid for no reason.

I used it and it has been a waste of money for me. As a startup when I finally received an order on my website, which is new and exciting for me, they failed to fulfill it. Such a big disappointment. And the rates are too high for the app and the service they deliver.

You cannot trust the descriptions that Greendropship supplies and they tell you that you should create your own description anyway. I rewrote most of the descriptions. Just a heads up. We tried to upgrade so the import list would work and nothing is happening. I called support 3x and not response. **Update - they helped with my plan but now the app is down with a 503 error.
