I love gorgias, We have been using it as a company for 3+ years now, Its a great software! The only thing I would like to see better is better customer support and quarterly check in's from a rep. Theres so much the app can do and I am not a tech savy person so it would help a lot. If you're good at figuring things out this is a phenomenal software.

The AI shopping assistant was efficient and made it easy for a customer to purchase an accessory on our website. So far, we're very satisfied with its performance. Day 1 after using the app. The app worked fine for about 8 hours, and now I can't even send an email or pay for my subscription. I still have 6 more days of trial, but it won't even allow me to send a test email. Oh and BTW the support team doesn't have a live chat, they reply to your emails "within 48 hours"
