First -- you can not find better customer service at the help desk anywhere! John, in particular, is an absolute wizard! The app works well and it is keeping us compliant -- but the tech help alone is worth 5 stars.

Extremely positive experience with their support team. No AI responses, just a human dealing with any configuration questions quickly and effectively. Even got sent videos showing me where certain elements were in settings when I was having issues finalising configuration. Would recommend this app, extremely flexible and covers everything you need for global ecommerce compliance.

The app seems to work well and does what we need it to. It is a bit confusing how they try to push you into a higher plan and then you aren't sure if you've got all your bases covered or not.
