Stop chargebacks with a fraud filter you control. Build a chargeback blacklist: block customers by email, name, address, ZIP or IP, or block by Shopify risk level, disposable emails and bot signals. When a fraud rule triggers, choose the action: cancel with automatic refund and restock, hold for review, add tags, or receive email alerts. A setup wizard analyzes your store and suggests fraud rules tailored to your business. Allowlist trusted customers so their orders skip checks automatically.
