FairGate について

FairGate helps you keep unwanted, fake, and abusive buyers out of your store. When you identify someone you don't want to sell to — a chargeback risk, a serial returner, a harassing customer, or a fraud attempt — add them to your blocklist and FairGate stops their checkout before the order is placed. You stay in control: build your list, preview how a checkout would be handled, and turn protection on or off whenever you need to. Genuine customers are never affected.
