From the outside, the app gives everything you need to sell tickets. However, if you need customer support, you may need to wait 2-3 days which is not good considering this is my business and things need to be rectified. Other apps (even free ones) give a 1 hour SLA turnaround time, so a 2-3 day wait is just awful customer service. When they do finally respond, they don't address all of the issues...
