This app help you to create your own custom form with drag & drop fields. You can easily add the fields, change their position on the form and mark it required if needed. Form settings are easy to use and you can setup email specific auto responder emails. You can send the form data to the multiple users as well as set BCC according to your requirements. We provide the facility to set the sender email address as well as a subject. Short Code/Plain HTML based custom forms like Contact, Testimonial, Conditional.
